For the purposes of these terms & conditions, CBD Counselling & Psychotherapy will be referred to as “CBT Counselling”.
These terms and conditions govern your use of this website (www.cbtcounselling.com.au); by using this website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use this website.
Unless otherwise stated, CBD Counselling and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website. Subject to the license below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved.

Without prejudice to CBT Counselling’s other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, CBT Counselling may take such action as CBT Counselling deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.
CBT Counselling may revise these terms and conditions from time-to-time. These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with Australian law and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the [non-]exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Law Courts of jurisdiction.

The information herein should not be considered as advice, nor should it be used to treat, assess or diagnose a psychological condition, nor should it be used as an alternative to obtaining professional advice, diagnosis or assessment from a mental health professional.
In severe cases of a mental health disorder, including severe cases of any those disorders described herein, or any others such as bipolar disorder, psychosis or schizophrenia, medication may need to be prescribed to the sufferer. Only a Psychiatrist can legally prescribe medications to address such disorders, for example antipsychotic drugs and antidepressants.
